| Job Duties: |
Manage a team in molding department with around 100 operators and supervisors; Develop mold cups that can meet with customers' requirements; Coordinate with Garment Technologists and Patterners to achieve a proper sample development; Establish standards and methods for molding development and standardize the use of tools and equipment in molding; Finalize the specification for molding and document for reference in bulk production; Ensure the quality of bulk production can conform to the standard requirements; Maximize the utilization of molding materials and eliminate the wastage in molding; Ensure molding machines and equipment are adopted appropriately for the operation in molding; Establish and maintain a periodical machine maintenance plan; Review of quality and efficiency in molding in order to strive for continuous improvement |

| Requirement: |
Diploma or Degree Holder either in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology or related disciplines; 5 year or above in supervising a garment mould department; Familiar and knowledgeable on the lamination process; Effective communication and interpersonal skill, plus strong analytical skill; Good in English and Mandarin; Station in Zhongshan |
