Post Date: Wednesday, April 01, 2009 Post: Management Trainee Nature of Business: Textile Location: Dongguan, China Job Duties: The company provides a one-year intensive and comprehensive training to the Management Trainees in the factory located in Dongguan, China. During the training period, Trainees will be assigned to different departments in the production plants to get familiarized with basic knowledge of the products, production operations in yarn dyeing, knitting, fabric dyeing and finishing as well as handling customers' orders. Upon successful completion of the training, Trainee will be re-titled as Executives in the Services Department subject to their capability and performance.
