Location: Hong Kong Job Duties: The HUGO BOSS Retail Management Trainee Programme is for fresh graduate who would like to develop career in retail and is passionate in fashion. The Trainee will become our future leader. During the one-year programme, the Trainee will receive on-the-job training at shop. The key activities include shop operation, sales process, visual merchandising, inventory management, customer service and retail marketing. The Trainee will have the exposure to other departments, including shop construction, logistics, merchandising and buying. Mentor will be provided to the Trainee for career and personal development.
