| Job Duties: |
Maintain a sample room of around 100 workers and staff; Lead a team of garment technologists to ensure all types of samples are made according to the customers' requirements; Provide costing to relevant sales and merchandising; Ensure the samples are properly costed bearing with the cost consciousness, elimination of wastage and effective workmanship; Work with a team of designers to provide appropriate samples; Ensure the samples are made for the design and fit; Co-ordinate with different working disciplines on the fields of
patterns construction, sample sewing, materials consumption estimation and sewing specifications' setting; Provide guidance to all the technicians and workers to accomplish both the technical requirements on products as well as the delivery requirements of samples; Advise and improve the processes of patterns construction, grading, cutting and sample sewing; Ensure the products can be manufactured under a bulk
production environment; Have a flair sense of quality and aesthetic on finished garments; Act flexibly and creatively in resolving daily problems and related technical issues. |

| Requirement: |
Diploma or Degree Holder in Textile and Clothing Technology or related disciplines; 10 years or above experience as a senior position in operating and managing a sample room of intimate apparel, with
specialized experience on products of bras and knickers will be definitely an advantage; Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills; Good command of English and Mandarin; Station in Zhongshan. |
