| Job Duties: |
(1) Responsible for research and analyze fashion trend direction and act as an information resource for the team members; (2) Responsible for the merchandising mix and upkeep of a consistent brand image and positioning; (3) Request to initiate seasonal design concepts by offering targeted trend direction by brand, including colour, fabric, material and key looks; (4) Responsible for the design and production process from styling confirmation, initial fitting session and follow through in subsequent fitting sessions until pre-production sample stage; (5) Responsible for leading a team of designers to create and develop seasonal trendy fashion. |

| Requirement: |
(1) Degree/Diploma holder in Fashion Design or related disciplines; (2) Interested in designing and developing ladies high fashion; (3) Good retail market sense and knowledge in garment techniques, fabrication and accessories; (4) Creative & talented in fashion design and enthusiastic for new aspirations; (5) Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Fashion Designer. |
