  • Non-JEE Applicants [including mainland students not applying on the basis of current year Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) results]: From around mid-September each year – around March next year

* Only full-time Bachelor’s degree programmes are open for applications from non-local applicants. Applicants who are interested in applying for admission to our full-time Higher Diploma programmes are asked to approach AS to make the appropriate arrangements.

Channels for Obtaining Application Materials and Submitting Applications

  • Applications will be accepted online via the online admission system (OAS) on the Study@PolyU Web site
  • Applicants can obtain programme details directly from this Web site. Applicants are also required to submit an application fee to confirm their applications

  • Research Postgraduate Programmes
  • To obtain more information and apply for admission online, please visit: http://www.polyu.edu.hk/rowas The procedure is initiated when an applicant submits an initial application online at www.polyu.edu.hk/rowas. Applicants will subsequently be invited to submit a research degree proposal (Form RDC/1A). At the same time, they should submit copies of their qualifications and other relevant documents, plus a non-refundable application fee.
